This philosophy inspired the development of the 720° Hexa Synergy Mentoring Framework, a holistic approach that nurtures intellectual, emotional, social, creative, physical, and value-based development through meaningful mentoring and active parent partnership in identifying and developing child’s early development fostering culture of Confidence, Creativity, Compassion.

Her vision is enduring and simple — enable quality early childhood education accessible and affordable for Children facilitating Safe, Caring, and energetic environment that lays foundation for lifelong learning.

Seasoned and experienced business professional having nearly 4 decades of experience in Education and Financial Services and associated with various top financial institutions like ANZ Grindlays, Standard Chartered Bank, HDFC BANK, ICICI Bank, Erstwhile ING Vysya, DHFL, Bajaj FinServ, Equitas SFB , Avanse Financial Services held various positions at zonal and national level on Sales - Business - Product roles and holding certification from IIM – Kozhikode for General Management Program.

Seasoned and experienced Chartered Accountant and promoter of J. Keerthivasan & Co – Audit firm based out of Chennai and in Practice for more than 3 Decades holding CISA and wide exposure on bank audits.
